Allie Phillips has been an attorney since 1994 and is a former prosecuting attorney, lobbyist, and award-winning animal protection author. She founded the National Center for Prosecution of Animal Abuse at the National District Attorneys Association and was Vice President of Public Policy and Human-Animal Strategic Initiatives for American Humane Association in Washington D.C. She is the Founder/CEO of Sheltering Animals & Families Together (SAF-T)®, a global initiative helping domestic violence shelters create onsite pet housing. She was named a Top Defender of Animals by the Animal Legal Defense Fund and received the Urban Resource Institute Trailblazer Award in 2018 for her innovative work to protect animals. She is the past chair of the State Bar of Michigan Animal Law Section and has been helping shelter, rescue, and abused/neglected animals most of her life. Since 2006, Allie has studied vibrational & ancient energy therapy techniques and how they can help people & animals stay well in a toxic & stressful world. She opened Manifested Harmony in 2011 because of her health transformation and has been the Chief Master Catalyst helping to transform the lives of people & pets naturally. Allie has been a speaker at numerous national & international health conferences and is the author of The Oily Pet, The Oily Crystal, and creator of The Oily Crystal Master Class.
