Zabrina Ruggles is the Farm Lab Manager at Young Living's Highland Flats corporate farm where she performs quality control testing on essential oils, conducts research, writes scientific papers, and works on conservation projects. She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in chemistry and has eight years' experience working in analytical chemistry and quality assurance within the environmental, and health and wellness sectors. While working at Young Living she has been the lead author on two recently published scientific research papers and created a 12,000 square foot pollinator garden. The pursuit of quality and her curiosity of the natural world drive her deeper into the chemistry of all things plants, soil, and water. She is incredibly inspired by nature and when she is not in her lab she is outside hiking, mountain biking, running, floating a river, or hunting to ensure her physical and mental health by fueling her body with the gifts of nature.
